Sharon Grubb 
Sharon Is an Active Certified Level 1 Western Coach. She has been a 4H Leader for over 30 years, working and educating youth about horses. Well educated and having been in the business for over many years she offers a fantastic welcoming environment for people to learn and develop new skills. She studied Equine Science at Old's College in Alberta.

Nicky Barnard
Nicky sits on the Board of Directors for Bruce County 4H and has been a director for 6 years. With 20 years of experience in the horse industry she Is a certified Level 3 Western Rider, who conducts free lance lessons and coaching. She is part of numerous horse clubs competing in AHAEC, and Zone One Arabian horse club at the Regional level and is a National Qualifier. She teaches beginner and intermediate lessons rides English and Western.  She has been involved in the Mildmay 4-H club for 17 years having been a leader the last 6, and devotes her time to the advancement and development in youth in agriculture.

 Heather Reinhardt 
Heather was a 4H'er for approximately 10 years! Having been involved in the Horse, Dairy, Vet, Baking, Sports, Camping, and Crafts clubs she has managed to see many different sides of the 4H community.  She has competed on the Trillium Circuit as well as for the University of Guelph team competing at a high level of competition. She is heavily involved in the agricultural sector she has recently finished her MSc and BSc in Animal Nutrition.  She is currently enrolled at the University of Guelph in her first year of Vet School. She rides both English and Western with her focus in the Hunter Jumper Ring.
